New in 2010: Complimentary Game Transportation Included


LAS VEGAS - Tickets for the 2010 MAACO Bowl Las Vegas go on sale Wednesday (June 2) at 10 a.m. PT and this year include complimentary transportation from the two host hotels to and from Sam Boyd Stadium.

The 19th edition of the MAACO Bowl Las Vegas will be played on Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010 and begin at 5 p.m. PT. This year's game will match the top choice from the Mountain West Conference against the fifth pick from the Pacific-10 Conference.

New this year, fans purchasing tickets can take advantage of complimentary shuttle busses running before and after the game from both the Venetian Resort (Pac-10 host) and Planet Hollywood Hotel (MWC host).

The MAACO Bowl Las Vegas, which is owned and operated by ESPN Regional Television (ERT), will be televised nationally on ESPN HD. Last year's game attracted 40,018 fans to Sam Boyd Stadium, which marked the fifth consecutive sellout crowd as No. 15 BYU defeated No. 16 Oregon State 44-20 in the first-ever meeting of two ranked teams at the annual event.
