Top Announcing Crews To Call MAACO Bowl Las Vegas XXI
TV and Radio Teams Announced For
LAS VEGAS - Legendary sportscaster Brent Musburger is returning to call the 21st edition of the MAACO Bowl Las Vegas for ESPN while College GameDay regulars Kirk Herbstreit and Tom Rinaldi will round out the impressive announcing crew for television, bowl organizers announced Tuesday.
Musburger will call his fourth MAACO Bowl Las Vegas on Saturday, Dec. 22 as Washington takes on Boise State beginning at 12:30 pm PT at Sam Boyd Stadium.
Herbstreit will add his analysis for the third consecutive season while Rinaldi returns to the sidelines for the third straight year.
On the radio side, the MAACO Bowl Las Vegas will be broadcast live nationally via the Sports USA as well as along with American Forces Network. John Ahlers will handle play-by-play duties while former Colorado and Northwestern head coach Gary Barnett will again add his analysis.
The game will be also available on computers at WatchESPN.com and on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app to fans who receive their video subscription from an affiliated provider.
